If your cover rips, the cover is covered by a 1-year warranty. Covers that appear to be ripped using force or cut by sharp objects cannot be replaced. Rathwood reserves the right to decide whether the damage incurred after inspection was a manufacturer's issue or due to misuse of the product. Covers may undergo some fading when exposed to direct sunlight or stored improperly; in this case, colour fading is not covered by the warranty. Please store your cushions separately in a dry place to avoid stains/damage.
