Each dumbbell weighs 17.5kg. This heavy weight is made for those who have been training and building themselves up to this level, and is not recommended for beginners. The hexagon-shaped ends prevent the weights from rolling away.
The steel core is tough and strong, with knurl indents for grip, which prevents weights from slipping and causing injury. The total length is 34.6 cm, with a 12.8 cm ergonomic handle.
No assembly is required. We suggest using these on a rubber mat or fitness mat to protect your floor and products from damage.
