Each dumbbell is 15kg: a medium-heavy weight made for those who have been training and building themselves up to this level. This weight is not for beginners. The hexagon-shaped ends prevent the weights from rolling away.
The steel core is tough and strong, featuring knurl indents for grip to prevent weights from slipping and causing injury.
The hex-shaped dumbbell measures 33.6 cm and features a 12.8 cm rubber handle. No assembly is required. We suggest using these on a rubber mat or fitness mat to protect your floor and the product from damage.
