This 20kg adjustable barbell set includes two 5kg, two 2.5kg, two 1.5kg, and a 2kg bar, allowing you to choose a weight that is comfortable for your workout. It is perfect for arm curls, squats, deadlifts, Pendlay rows, bench presses, overhead presses, and more.
