Cinderella Tea Party Review

You may recall seeing a review of the Little Bo Peep train. Well we enjoyed it so much that we leapt at the chance to climb aboard the train again and help Prince Charming find Cinderella.

The event begins with Prince Charming telling how he met Cinderella and lost her, but has one of her slippers. Then asking the children to help him find her.

Before we head off on the train the kids paint their slippers. The painted slippers get a chance to dry whilst we go off on the train to find Cinderella.

The next 30 mins are a mix of a treasure hunt and pantomime. We head into the enchanted forest looking for Cinderella. At one point Prince Charming thinks he’s found her sleeping in a shed.

It turns out to be The Fairy Godmother. She joins us as we search for Cinderella. With plenty of audience participation and fun along the way we ride the train through the enchanted woods, until we eventually find Cinderella.

A quick stop  to feed the ducks and it’s off to for the tea party. Sandwiches, chocolate and some Rocky Road all washed down with hot chocolate and marshmallows. Juice for the small ones if preferred. A great end to a magical day.

There was time for a quick visit to the playback and a go on the swings and slide before heading home after a great day. All the kids had a wonderful time.
