Can I change position of corner set

 

No. The right and left sides of the corner sets are not interchangable and must be assembles in postition displayed in product image

 

I'm thinking of placing an order? Will you be able to make and deliver it?

 

 Yes. Our delivery couriers continues to operate, IN A CONTACTLESS METHOD, so we have STOPPED our assembly option and we will be leaving the goods on the Kerbside. Obviously circumstances may arise that might cause a delay to your order. But, if you have any concerns, you can always place your order and cancel at any time right up until delivery. And don't forget that you can return your items up to 14 days after delivery once you package it up the way we delivered it if you’re not happy.

 

Can I purchase different cushions with my garden furniture set?

 

No. Our garden furniture set can only be sold with the cushions displayed in product images.

 

 

 

 

I have recieved my order confirmation email, is the delivery date correct?

 

Yes. Our delivery dates are made as accurate as possible. Before purchasing furniture, please take note if item is in stock or when the item will be back instock.

 

What if my order’s damaged?

 

Firstly, we’re sorry to hear that. We run strict quality control checks both at the manufacturing stage and again at our distribution centre. Even so, things do sometimes get damaged despite our best efforts. If this is the case, please contact us through your account or by emailing furniture@rathwood.com, along with a photo of the damage. Our Customer Care team will then go through the refund and repair options with you.

 

Where do you deliver to?

 

At the moment, we only deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland. We hope to start shipping to other countries very soon though, so if you’d like to know when we start doing this, just sign up to our newsletter and we’ll keep you posted.

 

Is the back in stock date accurate?

 

Yes. The item will be back in our warehouse on date displayed. Please give 3 - 5 additional days for delivery

 

Is your showroom open?

 

Yes. Our showroom is now open and displaying select amount of furniture.

 

Can you assemble furniture upon delivery?

 

Unfortunately due to Covid- 19 we are unable to assemble furniture upon delivery, but please note furniture sets require minimal assembly.
