EasyPay is Rathwood’s in house deposit system available at checkout which allows you to secure products at prices shown today and pay it off over 3 easy installments for no additional cost. This is not a finance agreement, see more below.

Step 1

Secure today for a holding deposit of only €300 (33% of order value). You will receive an email shortly after placing your order with access to your online Rathwood EasyPay account. The first payment is due within 2 days of placing your order

Step 2

After four weeks, you will get an email reminder that the next payment of €300 is due (33% of order value). The email will contain another link to your EasyPay account.

Step 3

Pre-delivery Payment. After a further 4 weeks, the balance of €300 is due (balance of the order). You will receive an email reminder and a link to pay this balance.

Terms & Conditions

• Once an order has been fully paid, your delivery can be scheduled
• Final payment must be received within the agreed 8-week time frame
• There is a €100 cancellation fee on orders that you cancel when using EasyPay, any deposits paid will be reimbursed in 5 working days minus the cancellation fee.
• Delivery can take between 3-7 working days after the balance has been fully paid. Deliveries cannot be scheduled before the balance is fully paid.

Rathwood Fleet Delivery

Delivered on our own fleet of vehicles and by Rathwood drivers, our Rathwood delivery will ensure your products are delivered to a location of your choice, please note this is subject to accessibility.

We can offer timed delivery windows of 2 hours with this option, you will be sent a SMS text message and email asking you to accept the offered delivery window.

This service can take slightly longer to deliver the order than our pallet delivery service but provides you with a timed delivery window, doesn’t leave you with an unwanted pallet and ensures that the products are put wherever you request the driver to leave (garden / house / garage / shed / etc).

Pallet Delivery

This is our economy service where your products are delivered using one of our pallet delivery network carriers. The items will be delivered on a pallet (the driver will not take this away with them) and will only deliver to the curb-side. We recommend you have assistance to move your items to your chosen installation location as a number of our products require 2 people to safely lift.

Be aware that we cannot provide timed delivery slots or guaranteed delivery dates with this economy service.

If you require more assistance and timed delivery slots for your delivery, please look at our premium service which are delivered on our own Rathwood vans.

Parcel Delivery

DPD is our delivery partner for smaller items like giftware and accessories. This option is free and takes 1-2 working days.

Be aware that we cannot provide timed delivery slots or guaranteed delivery dates with this delivery service.

2 Year Tree Guarantee

You can buy this product confidently because it comes with a 2-year warranty.

If you make a genuine claim under this guarantee in respect of any defects and the goods are returned to us in accordance with this guarantee, the faulty items will be repaired, made good or replaced at our discretion.
