Rathwood is extremely well known across Ireland for supplying both unique and good quality pieces of furniture. On a weekly basis we deliver to Dublin, Kildare, Laois, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wexford and Wicklow.  We can also deliver further across Ireland, offering nationwide delivery!

Leather Sofas

What could be better that chilling out on one of our sumptuous sofas after a long day's work?

Rathwood is recognised for using the finest materials – stunning, uncorrected aniline leather and rich, sumptuous fabrics that adorn high quality hard wood frames. Each piece of leather has evolved through an intensive tanning process, where the hide is treated with natural oils and waxes to give it a superior finish. The leather maintains its natural characteristics, therefore no sofa or armchair is exactly the same – making it unique to you. It takes approximately 12 hours to polish a sofa and 8 hours to polish a chair. Each stud in every upholstery item is applied individually by hand and then antiqued.

Bedrooms

We specialise in creating beautiful bedrooms - imagine a king sized, hand carved oak sleigh bed piled high with embroidered cushions and a silk bedspread draped across the sloping edges of  the sleigh. Then add a matching bedside nightstands to complete the look! At Rathwood Furniture Store that is our job; to create beautiful homes that will come alive with rich colour and captive design. We offer Bedroom sets in a variety of different types of wood: Oak, Ash, Pine and Cream & White hand painted wood.  In some cases we can even offer different finishes that can be completed in our Furniture Workshops.

Each collection of Bedroom furniture carries solid bed frames, nightstands, tallboys, chests, wideboys, wardrobes, dressing tables and lastly beautiful occasional chairs that add the finishing piece to complete the perfect bedroom setting!

Dining Room

At Rathwood we consider the dining room to be at the heart of any family home! Therefore a beautilful oak, pine or ash dining table can be a focal piece of furniture in your home. We offer a huge selection of Kitchen dining tables; whether it is an old style solid oak farmhouse table or a French painted cream handcarved table, at Rathwood have to look to suit your home! The Wentworth Range has become a hugely popular with our furniture customers as it is offered in both nibbed oak and dark antique lacquers. Undoubtedly, it is it’s solid oak frame that has made it a household name.
