Welcome to the Rathwood web site. The following are the rules or terms and conditions that govern your use of the Rathwood web site. By using or visiting this web site, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and to follow these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this web site. Rathwood Home & Garden World Ltd, hereinafter “Rathwood” reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this web site. DELIVERY
Our aim is to deliver your order as efficiently and as fast as possible. Most deliveries should be received within 10 days (or sooner) of placing your order.
Please note:
- There is no weekend delivery
- Please be aware delivery dates may be disrupted due to Bank holidays and busy postal times e.g. Christmas
- We only deliver within the Republic of Ireland
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Rathwood.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. Print off a Returns Packaging Sheet & Shipping Label
2. Pack the items along with the Returns Packaging Sheet (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the Returns Packaging Sheet & Shipping Label, please print one here.
3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
4. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any item not returned in the condition it was received
YOUNG PASSENGERS
For safety reason children must be supervised and under the control of responsible adults at all times. Unaccompanied minors under 14 years will not be allowed to participate in Rathwood’s Santa Wonderland.
PASSENGERS WITH WHEELCHAIR REQUIREMENTS
Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair for their visit must provide a suitable wheelchair, which is compliant with all appropriate health and safety standards. They should notify Rathwood’s Reception by telephoning 059 9156285 to request appropriate support if needed at least 48 hours prior to your Santa visit.
RATHWOOD’S PURCHASE POLICY
Our goal at Rathwood is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you to our Santa event as smoothly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on Rathwood.com.
PURCHASE POLICY
You will receive Confirmation email by return email when you confirm and pay for your booking. Please print and keep this Paid email safely as THIS IS YOUR TICKET. You will need this for entry to the Santa Wonderland Visit. Admittance will not be permitted without it. When you arrive at the Rathwood you will go to the Check in Desk and present your printed Ticket. Keep your printed Ticket with you at all times as you may be asked for it during your visit.
Please remember, all purchases are subject to credit card authorisation and billing address verification which may take place after initial confirmation has been given. Tickets purchased on the Rathwood website may be subject to a per ticket non-refundable per order handling charge.
Please arrive 45 minutes in advance of your chosen Santa visit time. Regrettably Tickets and Passes cannot be posted out.
If your chosen visit time is cancelled or rescheduled by Rathwood due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provide at the time of booking. To gain a refund on a date cancelled or rescheduled by Rathwood, a copy of your emailed Paid Ticket must be sent to Rathwood, Rath, Tullow, Co. Carlow by hand or registered post.
Occasionally, additional Tickets may be available prior to the Santa Wonderland, however Rathwood’s online booking system does not control this inventory or its availability.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of Rathwood.
You will receive your tickets at time of purchase on line via a confirmation email. You will need to print this out for your visit.
Please check your Tickets carefully when received, as mistakes can only be rectified at time of issue. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and time on the Tickets.
Rathwood’s Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission will not be possible under any circumstances after your ticket start time. The Train must leave on time.
WE REGRET THAT TICKETS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED; REFUNDED OR CANCELLED AFTER YOU PURCHASE THEM.
Tickets are sold subject to the Management's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.
Rathwood operates a no smoking, drinking alcohol and taking non prescription drugs Policy.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited.
Rathwood accepts no responsibility for any personal property.
Rathwood advises that all participants are appropriately dressed as this is an outdoor event.

YOUR IP ADDRESS
